2 Account Registration and Verification

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same family or household may use separate accounts, but must use distinct devices and payment methods.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before requesting a withdrawal, or after a certain deposit amount is reached, ckk44 may request verification of your identity. Any one of the following documents may be required:

  • National ID Card (NID)
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Proof of ownership of payment method
Note: Withdrawal processing may be delayed until KYC verification is complete. Submitting your documents promptly will speed up the process.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

Strict Age Limit Policy

To use the ckk44 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+). Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. Registering with false information about your age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • You must access the platform from Bangladesh or from a country where online gaming is not legally prohibited
  • You must be mentally competent and legally capable of being responsible for your own actions
  • Your account must not have been previously closed or suspended by ckk44

4 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. ckk44 will never ask for your password or OTP.

4.1 Security Guidelines

  • Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers and special characters
  • Do not share your login details with anyone

  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support immediately
  • Use two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is enabled

4.2 Unauthorized Use

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted on ckk44:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 — The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka)
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed until KYC verification is complete
If any withdrawal request raises suspicion of money laundering or fraud, ckk44 may temporarily hold the withdrawal for additional verification.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ckk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any additional fees related to currency conversion apply, you will be informed before the transaction.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ckk44 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus must be claimed at the time of the first deposit
  • The bonus amount must complete 10x wagering before withdrawal
  • Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering calculations
  • Bonuses have a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled if the period expires

6.2 VIP and Loyalty Bonuses

ckk44's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and loyalty on the platform.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, fake identities, or coordinated betting methods to take advantage of the bonus system will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and the account may be permanently closed.

ckk44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. You will be given notice before changes take effect.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on ckk44 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely independent and not predetermined.

7.1 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error or network problem, ckk44 will verify the technical logs and provide an appropriate resolution. Any winnings or prizes received as a result of an obvious technical error will not be considered valid.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a cash-out option may be available under specific conditions for sports betting.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

8 Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk44 platform:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts
  • Conducting coordinated betting activities with the intent to abuse the bonus system
  • Money laundering or illegal movement of funds
  • Hacking gaming software or attempting to manipulate the system
  • Playing games using automated bots or software
  • Stealing your own or others' identities

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. You may withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
